This is Drena to say it's interesting to read your fresh impressions of a country Guy and I have visited many times and love dearly. I was having a bad day at work today and left my duties to read your blog (which is much more fun than reading the globeandmail online). I will probably escape here often, since I won't get to come back to Mexico for at least another year. <br />My favourite place to be in the Mexico City area is Frida Kahlo's kitchen. Guy's is behind the desk that Trotsky was sitting at when he was stabbed with an icepick (although the icepick wasn't on the desk, which disappointed Guy).Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
